Visited my friend’s newly opened vegan restaurant today and had such a wonderful experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I tried the chana poori, which was perfectly spiced and comforting—just the kind of dish that feels like a warm hug. The dal makhani rice bowl was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I also really enjoyed the dahi poori—a unique, delicious twist—and the tawa pulav, which was aromatic and beautifully balanced. The atmosphere was inviting, and it’s clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating this space. So proud to see a place serving vegan food that’s both wholesome and full of taste. Highly recommend checking it out—whether you’re vegan or just love good food!

The Manchurian had that perfect balance of spice and texture, while the avocado shake was pure creamy bliss! The ambiance? Whether you’re looking for comfort food, something new, or a peaceful place to enjoy your meal, Posto Bistro delivers on all fronts. Every dish here is a celebration of tradition, but a special shoutout to my absolute favourites: the peas puri with aloo posto — a delightful combination that hits all the right notes — and the bhappa doi, which is simply divine. The word Posto brings a wave of emotion for Bengalis, so when we came across Posto Bistro in Prague, we knew we had to give it a try. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by the warm host, Sriparna, whose presence made the place feel instantly comforting. My first choice had to be the rice bowl with daal and posto—and it was absolutely delicious. The flavours didn’t just satisfy our taste buds, they touched our hearts. The zucchini posto, a creative twist on the traditional dish, had the perfect balance and the daal was soulful just like something lovingly made at home. We ended up going back again and again to try more of their menu. I’d also highly recommend the chole bhature and chaat—perfect for when you're craving classic desi street food. If you’re in Prague and looking for warm, home-style food Cafe Posto Bistro is a must-visit. It truly feels like a little piece of home, far from home.
